Sadie Jones on NPR

I’ve been getting a lot of hits from searches for Sadie Jones’ The Outcast this morning, and now I know why. NPR’s Weekend Edition interviewed her this morning, a 5-minute discussion about why she finds her protagonist so sympathetic (I wholeheartedly agree), what the ’50s London setting adds to the story, and the similarities between novel writing (this was her first) and screen writing (her career). Go here to listen. I loved the book and reviewed it here.
