Wendell Berry and the Cultivation of Life by J. Matthew Bonzo and Michael R. Stevens (helping me prepare a short list of Berry’s works to get started with)
Glamorous Powers by Susan Howatch (second of the Starbridge books)
Watch for the Light: Readings for Advent and Christmas (essays by many favorite writers; Brandon and I going through this together for the second year in a row)

Currently writing: an essay; a short story; a preliminary outline for a possible new book (creative non-fiction); and Christmas cards!
