A favorite bookstore has new look, new book

I have often recommended Westminster Bookstore as a source for “Christian books” because they have great prices, superior customer service (I have personally experienced this on more than one occasion), and a flat shipping rate of only $5 per order (no matter the order size)—AND they are great about keeping my History Lives series in stock at the best price I have found on the web. I mention this because they have just revamped their website, so you might want to click over there and check it out (and do take advantage of the link on their home page to leave suggestions or other comments about the new system).

logan-confronting-kingdom-challenges.jpgI’m especially excited to see they have the new book Confronting Kingdom Challenges: A Call to Global Christians to Carry the Burden Together, edited by my very dear friend Sam Logan and with a chapter by another friend, the compassionate and inspiring Diane Langberg. I’ll be reading this as soon as I can. Serendipitously, I’ll be putting up a post later today that deals with the same theme as this new book—so do stay tuned.
